My Friend, Paul

In this world i felt i was in a desert, i was lost and i was weak. And you chased me and reached for me, you held me close through your letters.

Through the moments of hardships, you were there. And i knew you suffered more than i did. You speak as if i am with you. My heart understood you well.

For the many times you made me feel im gifted, for the many times you saved me from falling, i knew you were sent by my Father with a letter and sword.

You are doctor of the Church, a preacher, an apostle, a teacher. But for me you a companion who nurtures, who guides, who strengthens, who suffers.

Thank you for the letters you sent. And thank you for holding my hand. My friend, St. Paul, in this journey that Jesus has chosen for me.

What is Y2J Music Camp 2010 with Juwito Suwito and friends?

It is a camp activities organized by the Youth Music Ministry of St. Mary's Cathedral Parish.

The Objectives of this camp are:

1. To-gather: All the interested youths especially in music, In His Name and His Presence.

2. To-gather: We give thanks, worship and praise His name for the talent that he has given to us and to know more about music in church's context.

3. To-capture: to identify and to encourage them to use their talent to serve in the parish music activities.

4. To-spread: to pass the good news to others as to evangelize in our own talent ways and to bring them to His name.

5. To-be: to practice discipleship in our youths as to be like Jesus Christ to give the best to the Lord.

The input of the titles are as follows:

- Tips on basic vocalization (and instrumental breakout groups for the musician)

- Basic understanding of harmony (harmony is quite difficult to teach "teach overnight")

- Experiences in crossover music.

- Playing together in a band.

- How to develop your talent.

- And then if you want us to anchor the concert, it can be either inspirational or evangelistic... or both.

The main speaker: Juwita Suwito and friends.
